The Dam Run and Ride

Saturday I needed to run a 5k to keep up with my training and was really excited to find that there was a run on the Dam Road which is just a few minutes from our house. I went out too fast so it was a tough run but I was so excited to learn that I ran it at less than a 10:00 pace! I seriously hate running here in Colorado...it hurts to breathe here, so I was really proud of myself! I love that Jason and Lucas came to cheer me on. They were right at the end of road at around Mile 2..and Lucas was smiling and waving. I love these two so much!
